Privacy Policy

How CollabPoint collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us — and the choices you have.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how CollabPoint LLC (“CollabPoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit collabpointllc.com (the “Site”), submit a form, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you book an intro call or submit a form on the Site, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, work email, company or organization, and (where offered) phone number, along with any context you choose to share about your needs.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our analytics providers may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions, using cookies and similar technologies. This collection is subject to your cookie choices (see Cookies & your choices below).

Security & anti-abuse. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from automated abuse. To perform this check, limited technical signals (including your IP address and a verification token) are processed by Cloudflare.

How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule and conduct requested calls or assessments.
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services.
  • Send relevant follow-ups and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of.
  • Measure and improve our marketing and understand how the Site is used.
  • Protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies & your choices

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential Site functionality and, with your consent, for analytics and advertising measurement. When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or decline these non-essential cookies, and analytics/advertising tags stay off until you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cp_consentcookie in your browser and reloading the page, or by using your browser’s cookie controls.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode, and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. These tools set cookies only after you consent. You can also opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, and only as needed to perform those services, including:

  • Microsoft / Azure — hosting and email delivery of your form submissions.
  • Google — website analytics and tag management.
  • Meta — advertising measurement (when you consent).
  • Cloudflare — bot protection on our forms.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of CollabPoint, our users, or others.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — including responding to your inquiry, meeting legal and accounting requirements, and maintaining records of our communications — after which we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, email us at info@collabpointllc.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
